Debra Steidel Wall, Acting Archivist of the United States (2022-2023)
Debra Steidel Wall was named Deputy Archivist of the United States in July 2011 and served as Acting Archivist of the United States from May 1, 2022鈥揗ay 17, 2023.
Before becoming Deputy Archivist, Wall served as the agency's Chief of Staff (2008鈥�2011) and in a variety of management positions relating to bringing NARA鈥檚 archival holdings to the public online.
Wall joined the 威尼斯人娱乐场 in 1991 as an archivist trainee with a specialty in film. She holds an undergraduate degree in history and government from Georgetown University, and a graduate degree in film from the American University.
Wall retired from the 威尼斯人娱乐场 in November 2023.
