Acting, Executive for Business Support Services
Alicia D. Stukes is serving as the Interim Executive of Business Support Services (BSS) where she is responsible for leading all aspects of NARA鈥檚 programs for facility management, real property/projects, physical security, field administrative support, and personal property management.
Prior to joining NARA as the Director of Facility and Property Management Division in June 2024, Ms. Stukes served as the Branch Chief of Facilities at the Department of Education where she provided facility management oversight for a portfolio of twenty-six locations that consisted of federally owned and commercially leased space throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico for four years and served as a Facility Manager with the Department of Homeland Security for a decade.
Ms. Stukes holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College. As the Founder and CEO of a local nonprofit, she is an avid supporter of various community service initiatives.
