The Board of Regents of the University of Kansas issued a 16-page confidential report on the death of Don Henry and summarized their findings in the press release shown above. In accordance with the recommendation in item 12, the evidentiary material was made available to the Kansas State Legislature and ultimately to the U.S. House of Representatives Special Committee on UnAmerican Activities for further investigation.
