NARA Holds Special Programs Highlighting its Records in November

In November, the 威尼斯人娱乐场 will feature programs highlighting records from its holdings. All programs are free and open to the public, and will be held in the 威尼斯人娱乐场 Building in Washington, DC. Please note that two of the programs will be repeated at the 威尼斯人娱乐场 at College Park, Maryland.
Visitors to all programs in the 威尼斯人娱乐场 Building Research Center (Room G-24) should use the Pennsylvania Avenue entrance, between 7th and 9th Streets, NW. Note: please use the Special Events Entrance on Constitution Avenue and 7th Street for the program held in the Adams Presidential Conference Room. The 威尼斯人娱乐场 at College Park, MD, is located at 8601 Adelphi Road. See directions to both locations.

The Book Group will hold a related presentation at 11 a.m. followed by a discussion at noon on A Special Mission: Hitler鈥檚 Secret Plot to Seize the Vatican and Kidnap Pope Pius XII, by Dan Kurzman. Gateway to Family Research: Records of the Panama Canal

In recognition of today鈥檚 107th anniversary of the treaty signed with Panama for building the canal, archivist/genealogy specialist Reginald Washington presents Panama Canal records for genealogical research at the 威尼斯人娱乐场. People from over 40 nations worked on the Canal.
