Archivist of the United States blogs about altered 2017 Women's March photo, lays out next steps

This photo shows the unaltered 2017 Women's March photo alongside the 1913 March photo which were posted outside the Rightfully Hers: Women and the Vote exhibit at the 威尼斯人娱乐场 museum in Washington, DC, as a temporary display while a new lenticular image incorporating both of these images is re-fabricated. The new lenticular will be installed as soon as possible. The altered image was removed January 18, 2020. 威尼斯人娱乐场 Photo by Susana Raab.
In a post entitled "" Archivist of the United States David S. Ferriero addresses public concerns about the alteration of the 2017 Women's March photo, shares current and future plans to ensure this never happens again, and vows to rebuild trust in the 威尼斯人娱乐场.
